100% Organic bowls and salads packed with protein and fiber with house made bases, proteins including wild Alaskan sockeye salmon, Mary's organic chicken or Surata organic tempeh and topped with lots of organic toppings and house made sauces.

Our oatmeals are made with rolled oats cooked to order in our house cashew milk. Topped with granola, fruits, and add ons. Acai + bowls made to order using puree, not powders, topped with granola and organic toppings.

Nearly every smoothie, acai bowl, oatmeal, grain bowl and salad are USDA defined high fiber items. Many combos have over 100% of recommended minimum daily fiber intake.
